If you paid with your bank or PayPal account balance, the money is refunded to your PayPal account. After you have received the refund, you can withdraw money from your PayPal balance to your bank account if your PayPal account allow withdraw to bank. Since you have Nigeria PayPal account, it will be refund to your PayPal Balance or back to your credit card (which may take up to 30 days) depending on the card company involved. Some refunds may come from the sender's bank account so it may take 3-5 business days.
