Hello, I made a purchase on 23rd of October through eBay and canceled the order the same day, the seller agreed to issue me a refund and told me that he sent the money, but i still don't have the funds and the status on the item says "cancel pending". I made my purchase using my debit card directly. Any help will be appreciated.
