"Sorry we weren't able to set up preapproved payments at this time"

Hello,

 

I'm trying to add my PayPal as a payment method to Bing Ads and it gives me the next message:

"Sorry we weren't able to set up preapproved payments at this time."

 

What can I do in order to fix this?

Contact customer service for assistance, perhaps they can tweak something on the technical back end:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

I have the same issue, just tried to run a Facebook ad. This is freaking annoying!
