problem with payment

Hello,

I have problem with payment. I brouth some item from ebay with is cost are 186.81 dollars. on my accaunt I have over 190 dollars but i still cant pay.

Can you check that is happening.

One more thing, yesterday i had open case on ebay but that was also closed. Did ebay block my accaunt?
