I am trying to buy a monthly subscription in a webiste(tryhackme website) using my paypal account and my paypal account is linked with my debit card. The vendor in the website setting up automatic payments by accessing the pre-managed payments in paypal. But the issue is when i am trying to do the payment from that webiste. I was being prompted by a message "we are not able to access your account" and when i check the pre-managed payments section in paypal, I can see the billings agreements are being marked as inactive . Can anyone pls help me to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.
