I am expecting a paycheck very soon, but need to pay a bill, I have a pending on a purchase I made yesterday, there is enough in the account to cover that pending purchase from yesterday, but would like to use my card today. is it ok to use the paypal card to pay the bill, or will it be declined since I have a pending for the purchase?
