Hello why is PayPal charging me 1$ everytime i make a checkout without even buying i was just checking a certain games on steam and origin and i had an issue buying a game and kept trying like 9 times till i bought it but after that i found that paypal charged me a 1$ for every of the 9 failed attempts. anybody facing this issue and why is it happening especially why you arent even buying? thank you.
Does that mean that i'll be getting all my money back and when will that happend ? i just checked my phone i found tons of 1$ transactions like literally more than 13 times.
