inside shopify , when paypal express checkout is clicked instead of asking permission paypal login page is opening...plz help me out

You're supposed to log in and give permission. Please read directions:
https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/payments/paypal/paypal-india
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
