Hi I have TWO paypal accounts BOTH linked to EBAY  my problem is i did not  know that the first one i had several years ago was still active SO

when i  sold several items through EBAY the money when into my old account and old email and NOT into my new one.

Therefore i have hundreds of pounds in my old account and NONE in my new one.

Having been able to , after an  EXHAUSTIVE period of going round in circles , eventually we have managed to access my old paypal account and old email BUT now paypal says CANT HAVE TWO ACCOUNTS ON ONE BANK ACCOUNT.

old account will not recognise my bank details because of this.

Being unable to TALK to anybody at PAYPAL HELP or CONTACT and just going round in circles PLEASE!!!!!!!

WhAT DO I DO NOW BECAUSE I NEED TO KEEP NEW ACCOUNT BUT DRAW FUNDS FROM OLD ACCOUNT.

sorry its so long but WHAT DO I NEED TO DO...this is driving me insane now after several weeks of going round and round.

P S Cannot access my old email through paypal, just shows NEW account details.

Add and confirm a new, working email address to this OLD PayPal account and remove the old email address. Can you do that? Then, I don't know, PayPal yourself as personal payment, the funds from this OLD account to your CURRENT PayPal account to withdraw to your bank. And, update your future listings and current  eBay listings with your CURRENT PayPal email address so this doesn't happen again.
