I sold 2 items on ebay and buyers say they are unable to send me money. One buyer reports this error " to comply with government regulations we have blocked this transaction".
Other buyer says paypal has blacklisted me. I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina and I never had these problems in the past.
I seem to have no troubles sending money, I sent my last payment a couple of weeks ago.
