I received an email to claim my money but when I click it, It says "transaction no longer exists" What will I do about this help

Either you waited too long to claim it and it timed out at 30 days OR the buyer had a cancel option and cancelled the payment.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
