payment sent/payment pending?

Hi

I have tried to refund someone.  I made the request yesterday but it still says "payment sent" and then "payment pending" and no money has left my account yet..

A seller can only refund via funds in their paypal balance OR via their linked bank account and not a card.

So if its from your bank account its pending until its cleared from your bank account > paypal > buyer.
