The user can still accept your funds but they will have limits on the amount they can send and receive until they verify.
Is it showing as 'payment' or 'sent'?

If you sent an payment to an account that is not verified, the transaction should be displayed as pending in your activity. If that’s the case, you should have the option of cancelling the payment. You can alternatively contact the recipient to ask them to verify the account to receive the payment. It can also happen that they gave you the wrong email (with typo), in which case it’s better to cancel the transaction and send a new payment with the correct email address of the recipient.
Hope this helps - <removed>
