For some reason, paypal is not letting pay on my account with my credit card that is linked. I do not have a linked bank account. What can I do to pay without a linked account?
Used that card before? What error message are you getting? Have you verified / confirmed your card? Is the card in exactly the same name as your paypal account name?
Is the cards billing address the same as your paypal address?
