no refund

I bought a coat from China, it wasn't as advertised so returned it as agreed with the seller, they agreed to a full refund plus refunding the return postage cost. The item has been received by them, but I have had no refund! I have gone through the automated Paypal system and it has not worked! What do I do now?

Did you open a paypal dispute?

Did you escalate to a claim?

Did paypal find in your favour?

Did you return the item to the address paypal gave you?

Did you send it trackable?

Does tracking show the item as delivered?

Did you provide the tracking number to paypal?

If you didn't provide paypal with the tracking number then you would lose any dispute as you haven't proved delivery of the item back to the seller.
