1.This is how it went, so first thing that I was doing is that I connected my debit master card to paypal account, after that I purchased an fake item that the money that I payed was send me back(refund but NEVER get it to my debit master card), after that I ordered the same product (psn key) and paypal took another 19$ off from my master card.The question is WHY, coz I already had my money from refund from the first product?

2.Will I get my 19$ back on my debit master card (MTS bank Serbia) in 30 days (not on paypal account)?

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller with a debit or credit card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.

Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or credit card (Paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine).
