Both Paypal and ebay have been jerking me around about a seller who was caught selling counterfeit Gore Tex pants. I canceled the transaction .
This occured on the 6th. The seller Productions_rr had no money in any of his accounts so ebay issued paypal an ECHECK that was supposed to be my refund effective the 10th. I never got paid and EBAY continues to lie and when I asked both paypal and they said the echeck is not funded yet?
I have pulled all sale items from Ebay until I get my $35 bucks back. All parties were contacted and I told off the seller yesterday and he claimed to be active duty military. I asked him to please put money in his account and I got the typical thief response Go F yourself. No money and neither ebay will honor its buyer protection as requested and paypal wont do anything with an empty echeck.
