I am trying to send money to a friend, but before I can send it PayPal wants to call me or send me a text to verify I am myself.
but it doesnt do it, it just says we couldn't confirm it is you with out calling me or sending me a text.
what could be the source of this problem
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
