paypal allowed me pay after delivery of $750 from sportsbetting sites and my balance went to negative. After i cleared the negative balance, i wasn't given pay after delivery option anymore. How can i get paypal to give me same option again?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
