So i should got money for ebay beacue i didnt got the item at all. so the person refund me on paypal and i havent got money at all

Is there a refund transaction in your Summary or Activity page?

If a refund was issued, it goes back to your original payment method and there should a record of the refund in your PayPal account too. Bank payment may take 3-5 business days or may take up to 30 days for refunds to cards depending on the card issuer.

If not, locate the transaction in your PayPal account activity and click it, and then click "Report a problem." to file a dispute.
