forgot to select "friends and family". Is there a way to reverse it?

I just sent a payment to a friend but forgot to select the "friends and family" option, so there as a 58$ hold from PayPal.Is there a way I can reverse the hold since I am sending to friends?

The recipient must go into the transaction details of your payment and click "Refund This Payment".
