My PayPal card was accidentally charged twice for the same purchase. I just got two email notifications of the pending charges

Click on one of the transactions, click "Report a problem". There should be an option for "Duplicate transaction". Then it will should you a list of transactions including the duplicate, click the duplicate and it should automatically credit your PayPal account.

clicked on the second transaction but REPORT A PROBLEM is not anywhere as an option. Perhaps because the sale is still pending?
