I was charged $29.99 for Adobe on the 4th of Feb and the 20th of Feb. Both payments have come out of my bank account. I was charged twice in Feb as I missed a payment during Jan due to my account being locked. My issue however is that my PayPal balance is showing negative $29.99 and that I have to add money to my PayPal although I do not owe any money and all the payments have come out of my bank account? is this correct?
