card cannot be used

hello 

i try to shop online to buy shoes from schuh/jd /size but my card is not showing, i further click add debit card. Then it told me' This card can't be used for this transaction.This card can't be used for this transaction.' My card has been verified so I am not sure what is the reason

then i go to another shoes website-zalando, this time my card can be used. so zalando can , but, schuh jd size cant

it is so weired as the payment method used and card used are the same

hope someone can answer me and help solving the question
