A friend in the USA sends money periodically for a monk she befriended using me as conduit as he has no bank account. Recently she sent $115 and got a message from PayPal saying that I need to create an account to accept it. I have had this account for years and she has sent to me before without issue. How do I resolve this? PayPal doesn't seem to have an email contact so I can send screenshots.
