i wanted some new clothes so i buyed some hoodies and a bagpack from a site called "beautifulhalo" the total for all was 71,79$ but i wanted the order as soon as possible so i paid extra for a faster shipping (4-10 days) its been already more than a month and i still dont have my order can i have the 14,99$ extra that i paid for this back? or i just loose money for nothing? (the free shipping was 15 to 28 days) please help
