bought emotes from a person on twitter & payment got cancelled

Hello guys, I had purchased a set of emotes (emoijis) to be designed for my twitch channel. I had paid the girl 80.00 usd thru PayPal and the money came out of my bank to my PayPal to pay her but week in of the payment being pending, it got cancelled. The money was taken out of my bank and I haven't received any of this money back till today and was wondering if I email PayPal to get this refund or call my bank. If anyone has experienced this before, let me know. thank you so so much.

If the payment was cancelled and you paid using your bank account, it may be that the payment was reversed either to your bank account or to your PayPal balance.
