account fraud

There was an ACH PayPal transaction of 500.00 taken out of my bank account today 4/14/2020 at 11:35am and a echeck in the amount of 300.00 taken out of my bank account on 4/14/2020 at 11:35am as well. I did not authorize this transaction and would like to know what account this money went into

Do the transactions appear in your PayPal account activity also? If yes:

1. Locate and click payment transaction in your PayPal account activity
2. Click ""Report a problem”.  
3. Click “I want to report unauthorized activity”.

PayPal system might deny the claims on the initial review and will need to be reviewed again by customer service.

To request a second review if necessary:

(Please be patient as response time will be longer due to reduced staff/closed or limited phone lines.)

1. Log on.
2. Click HELP at the top menu.
3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
4. Scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options such as Live Chat.

If calling, call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.
