Your payment is waiting

I got the email saying...

'Before we can deposit the funds into your account, we need a bit more information about your account or recent transactions. To provide that, just log in to your account, and go to your account overview. Select the "More" menu, then choose the link that takes you to our Resolution Centre.
Please provide the missing information by 4 January 2021, or the funds will be returned to the sender.'

         I have my profile well. Also done with KYC. everything is fine but I still not received my payment. In that email there is no transaction ID found. This was my first payment, I was really excited to use paypal but at the very beginning I experienced this. 

         PLEASE tell me when I will receive my payment? OR anything that I should do now......

You have a personal account, its mostly for buying online/sending money. You'll need a business account so you did not complete set up.

Did you complete step 2:

How do I receive PayPal payments?

 

Or go to the Resolution Center to fill in the info PayPal are asking for.

Thanks for your reply friend but I have completed that step 2 by uploading all necessary documents.

But I completed that step after my first payment. So PLEASE tell what should I do now to get my money. That payment was from freelancing platform so I can not do anything. please help...@sharpiemarker
