I want to change the address because I move out to the apartment, but I cannot change the address for PayPal's credit card. Therefore, I delete it. Then, I try to reinput the same credit card again. However, the system shows "Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method.". I also ensure that I go to the BOA's website to update my physical address... Any suggestions? Thanks
