Your automatic payment did not go through - How to stop it

Hello,

My account keeps getting an email about failed auto payment by the seller that I don't do business with anymore for years but somehow they still have my PayPal in their system and they keep trying to change me! How can I stop them!?

seems like nobody replied. same as my email to support. cheers to paypal.
