For The Past Month Or So, I Have Tried To Send Money Via Xoom, €15, €125, €500 Etc. Every Single Time It Gets Cancelled Straight Away With No Explanation, My Whole Account Is Verified, I Contacted Xoom And They're Completely Useless, Anyone Else Had The Same Problem And Figured It Out?
