Thank you for reaching out on PayPal's Community Forum! I would like to advise, if it is at all possible, to reach out to your buyer via eBay messages and ask them cancel their payment they sent to the incorrect email address. Once that is performed they should be able to resend you a new payment to the correct email address. They can initiate a new payment directly in their account by clicking on the "send money" option at the top of any PayPal account page.
