Would like a refund, but no transaction history.

I sent an amount to a seller but my product never arrived. I paid through paypal but as a card transaction and now I do not have any transaction history so I cannot file a dispute. What can I do to get a refund?

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......

1. Contact Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
