Hello i recieved a donation but unfortunately it was sent incorrectly by the sender they sent it as mail and now im being charged a fee as it my payment was a package ready to be shipped! I would like to change the donation delievery method and get a refund for the 23.50 fee that is being sent as mail i can i recieve a refund please help.
