Excuse me community but I have this problem were I don't have a card or bank linked and I can't seem to accept money that has been sent to me and I just sold something on ebay so I won't be able to get that moeny either, is there any way to get past this?

Thank you for your post. If you're being prompted to add a bank to receive a payment, it is likely because you have not set up a PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus account, which would allow you to hold a balance instead. Please take a look at this article for more details.
