I tried to payment via PayPal with RUPAY Debit Card(India) but it declined my card why ?
or some time it's shows different type of message . so i really confused
types of message time to time --

2.Your card number isn’t valid. Update the number and try again.
but I also tried to American Express Visa Virtual Card(Generated by Mobiwick App)
but pay didn't directed to OTP page
please help me!
