Why i can't send a payment to online shop?

I could not send a payment to Carter's. When i put my shipping address and to put CONTINUE, ask me password. When i put my password, then ask me again shipping address. Please help me

It clearly tells you in the orange strip that the seller ONLY SELLS TO BUYERS FROM THE U.S !!!!!

You are NOT in the U.S are you !!
