A few days ago Ipaid for an airbnb using my paypal. yesterday and today i tried to do the same, but it will not allow me.
the help center sends running around my tail endlesly.
chat doesn't work.
again- a few days ago there was no problem, now there is. no help from paypal.
my account is american, but i live abroad and cannot confirm my phone number at this time. is there some way around that? i have been using this account for years with no problems so far.

PayPal account is country-specific. If our internal security system detects you are logging in from a different country than where your PayPal account is registered in, it may prevent you from accessing the account and completing a payment. If you move to a new country, we would always recommend creating a new PayPal account within the new country.
