Where's my refund, why not come to debit card?

hello, i asked refund some payments on ebay. now my pay pal account shown its refunded. but my debit card blocked by my card provider when refund period. so my debit card didn't work refunded time.now my debit card problem solved.i was again add the card to my pay pal account. now its ok. so how i get pay pal refund money in my card now?

If you paid with a credit/debit card, the money is refunded to your card. If the card you paid with is closed or invalid, please contact the issuing bank, as the money will still be refunded to your credit card account. Refunds to credit/debit cards usually takes 2-5 business days, however it can take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved. Here's more information about refunds: https://bit.ly/2LBfeax. If you have not received the refund after 30 days, please contact Customer Service by clicking 'Help' at the bottom of our website.
