Hi JRamos2,   Welcome to the Community Forum.    If only one payment is reflected on the PayPal account, it sounds like the second charge may be a pending authorization only on the bank account. If that's the case, your partner would need to contact the bank or wait for the bank to release the pending authorization. If you don't have a Social Security Number, you can add a TIN or EIN instead. However, you would need a US mobile phone number to use for verification purposes.
