Okay, I'm not the best at explaining things in a logical manner so please try to bear with me.
Yesterday I linked a prepaid MasterCard giftcard to my account. I was planning to use it to check out on an online website. Got to the part on the website where I could checkout with paypal and decided to split my payment between this card and another. Paypal says the payment is declined. Ok, whatever. I cancel the order and try it again. Same thing. I cancel the second order. I then try to pay with just the card, no paypal included this time. It says I have insufficient funds. I use the website where I check my cards amount and, sure enough, my amount is now 0. The reason? A pending transaction with paypal. However, on my activity page on PayPal there is nothing. Both payments were declined but I can't "cancel" this pending transaction. So how do I get my money back? Thanks!
