WAITING FOR MY PAYMENT

I sold a walker and shipped it out on April 3 and the person received it on April 6 (see below) and am waiting for my payment. 

Every other time I sold something I would have received a payment by now.

Could someone tell me why the delay?

There are several reasons why a payment to a seller will be put on hold. Check below article for further details. Instead of waiting 21 days of hold, ask your buyer to Confirm Receipt of the item and just follow the steps provided in the article below. Once the buyer is done confirming the receipt the balance will be release automatically as your PayPal Balance. Moving forward, you can also upload tracking number to your PayPal account under Activity Tab and once confirmed deliver it will automatically release after 25 hours.

Is the payment showing on your pending balance?  If that is so, your payment is on hold or not available right away, we’ll notify you via email or an alert on your Summary page. If there aren’t any issues with your transaction or account, the payment will typically be released within 21 days after receipt. After your hold is released, it may take until midnight (but it's usually sooner) for the money to appear in your PayPal account.

But there are options so you can get your funds release sooner.

Uploading the tracking number on the transaction or payment confirmation from the sender's PayPal account.
