Hi, I booked a flight through Lufthansa. on their site when pushing the paypal payment problem occurred. I went through another website and booked with my CC directly. The problem is when i logged to paypal it shows that the Lufthanza order is pending ( which on my Lufthansa account is not seen) and pushing the "VOID" button does not do anything. what to do?
When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
