I registered as a business account and received a payment of $20, but the amount didn’t show up in the balance. I’ve contacted paypal to help me change the account type to personal as it better suits my work. Is there any verification I’ve forgotten about? Because i did get a mail for the $20 payment but it too said that verification is required, I’ve verified the email and phone number what else?
