Unclaimed status showing against a new customer

Unclaimed payment. Payment came through an account attached to my Wix website. Wix says My Order rejected and in Payments rejected.

Anybody know the reason why please. I've had other PayPal orders and has worked fine. Any advise greatly appreciated

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
