Unauthorized CANCELLATION

I had recently bought an item through PayPal from Depop and I got on email a couple of days later saying that the bank account rejected this payment and that it was going to cancel it - although, I cannot find that money anywhere and when I ask PayPal about existing refunds, it claims there are none. So where is my money? The seller is urgent for it and had already sent out my package. Basically, PayPal issued a refund without my consent and now that money is nowhere to be found. Here are the emails.

On my account, it says "refund complete" although that money is nowhere to be found AND I paid through my bank account so, shouldn't it be refunded right away? I need help ASAP, because the buyer is on my a**.

Issued refunds are returned to original funding source. Arrival times may vary:  

- Bank payments, 3-5 or 5-7 days, depending on your bank. 

- Cards, about a week, up to 30 days depending on your issuing card. 

- PayPal balance, fairly instant. 

- Split payments between PayPal balance and card/bank, see above.
