While receiving funds from US I received an email from sender as below
Please be aware that the Foundation is unable to send your donation because your PayPal account is not set up completely to accept the payment. PayPal has recommended that you contact PayPal support and they will be able to walk you through the next steps. You should see a Help button in the top right corner of your PayPal account and clicking that will connect you via chat with a PayPal support representative.
For reference, below is the error presented when they attempt to transfer the funds.
The error message says SORRY THIS RECIPIENT CAN'T ACCEPT PAYMENTS RIGHT NOW. What could be the reason for this. someone please guide.
