I want to complete a PayPal invoice of 3k but the bank account option is grey/deactivated. My business account does not have any limitation and everything is verified.
I don't want to pay with my credit card but with the linked bank account.
I owe a small amount to my Paypal credit account, and all attempts have been rejected! I contacted customer service, and after a lengthly conversation I thought the issue was resolved. I tried this morning to complete the transaction, used the deposit/withdrawl amount they sent me. REJECTED AGAIN! I NEVER HAVE THIS MUCH DIFFICULTY PAYING BILLS ONLINE!
