Trying to send $16 to a friend. I can't type in the memo line and when I press the continue button, the dollar amount $16 shakes and redirects me to that line. Not sure what is the problem. My account is current.

If you were using a laptop, I recommend deleting the browser's cache and cookies prior to trying to resend the payment. If you were using the mobile app, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your phone. Hope this helps resolve the issue!
